 Q1. When will I get my License Key?
A1. We process all application manually, please give us 24-72hrs to work on it
UPDATE: TRAZERBOT does not require license generation anymore, you will have 30 days of free playing time. After that you have the option to donate, and help keep TRAZERBOT alive.

Q2. What do I do with my License Key?
A2. You can do multiple things either copy and paste the license file to %TRAZERBOT_PATH%/Licenses/, or you can paste the content when the License window pop-up.. make sure you provide the email you registered on the email field... all configuration requires an email, which is associated to a license key.
UPDATE: if you have an old license key please place under the said path so trazerbot can pick it up and update your account on the verification server

Q3. How can I help TRAZERBOT?
A3. You can either place a donation of any amount using paypal, or help us translate TRAZERBOT to your local language...

Q4. I found a bug how do I report it?
A4. Please email trazerbot@gmail.com for your bug, describing the symptoms of the bug, and attaching the latest log report found under %TRAZERBOT_PATH%/logs/

Q5. When do you release new versions of TRAZERBOT?
A5. Usually we try our best to release new features/fixes on a weekly basis, depending on the severity of the bug or feature.

Q6. Can you add XXX feature on TRAZERBOT?
A6. Yes, we will add it in due time please send us email @ trazerbot@gmail.com for your feature request..

Q7. I cannot run TRAZERBOT please help..
A7. Please read documentation for the requirements required on running TRAZERBOT.

Q8. I am experiencing random crashes
A8. Please make sure, that your windows is up to date with the latest patches/servicepacks
