Unlimited account holders and verification

To those who have unlimited licenses, please make sure to put your license under [TRAZERBOT_PATH]/Licenses and please use your "Email" so that your accounts will be unlocked. TRAZERBOT currently experiencing timeout issues with the verification server. I am planning to change some architecture around this to prevent this issues in the future.
